Payment Policy

1.1 Booking and Payment

All reservations must be secured with a valid payment. A deposit of 20%of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be settled 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, Visa credit/debit card. For late bookings we require 80% of deposit and 20% on the day before the tour starts.

1.2 Late Payments  

Failure to make payments by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund. Niasa Tours reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received on time.

1.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Bookings confirmed at the current rates will be honored at the rate in effect at the time of booking.

1.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:  

75% refund if canceled 45 days prior to the tour.

50%refund fee if cancelled 30-44 days prior to the tour.

No refund if canceled less than 30 days prior to the tour date.

Please note that certain packages or services may have specific cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking

1.5 Additional Costs

Customers shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the tour that are not included in the original package, such as optional excursions, personal expenses, or extra services, extra costs caused by flight changes.

Customer Agreement

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Niasa Tours, customers agree to abide by all policies, rules, and instructions provided by Niasa Tours and its representatives.

2.2 Health and Safety

Customers are required to inform Niasa Tours of any medical conditions or special needs prior to the tour. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour and should carry any necessary medications or medical supplies.

2.3 Conduct

Customers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff, fellow travelers, and local communities. Niasa Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any customer from the tour if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.

2.4 Liability

Niasa Tours acts solely as an intermediary for transportation, accommodation, and other service providers. We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2.5 Travel Documentation  

Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents, such as visas, passports, and necessary permits, for the duration of the tour.

2.6 Force Majeure  

Niasa Tours shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Indemnity

3.1 Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Niasa Tours, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the customer’s participation in the tour, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, or damage to property, unless caused directly by gross negligence or willful misconduct of Niasa Tours.

Photography and Media Release

Customers grant permission for Niasa Tours to use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless they explicitly request otherwise.

Travel Insurance:

 We strongly recommend that customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and loss of personal belongings.

Health and Medical Advice:

Customers should consult their healthcare provider prior to travel to ensure they are fit for the activities involved.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Niasa Tours and the customer.
